Elephant Ears!!

Ingredients:
2/3 Cup Sugar (can use 1 Cup if you prefer more sugar)
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Sheet puff Pastry
(Makes approx. 2 dozen)

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees.

Combine 1/3 Cup of Sugar and the salt and spread it on a flat surface.

Unfold one sheet of Defrosted Puff Pastry (don't let it defrost too much, or else it will be a pain to get it apart) onto the sugar Combination. Then spread the other half of Sugar with 1/4 tsp of cinnamon on top of the puff pastry evenly.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough until the sugar is pressed into the puff pastry on both sides.

Take one side of the puff pastry and fold it to approx. halfway to the middle of the dough, then take the other side and also fold it to halfway to the center.
Then Fold each side again toward the middle of the dough, so that both ends now meet at the center.

Then fold one half onto the other half.

Slice the dough into half inch slices.

Place the slices, cut side up onto a baking sheet, preferably lay onto parchment paper.                    Wilton Parchment Paper.

Bake for about 6 minutes at 450 degrees. Then turn them over and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from baking sheet to cool.
