Rainbow Jello Cups

Ingredients:

1 6 oz Box of each color of Jell-Othat you want to use ( Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple)

2 box of Knox Unflavored Gelatin

Hot water

Ice

Directions:

Add one box of jello with one packet of gelatin.

Add 2 cups of boiling water to the jello combination and stir.

Add about half a cup of ice to the mixture and stir until thick.

Add a few spoonfuls of the first jello color to a Muffin Tin.

Place the tin into the refrigerator for appox. 20 minutes.

Then mix the next color with the same steps done with the first.

Add it to to the first refrigerated color. Place in fridge for 20 minutes.

repeat the above steps for the rest of colors.

                                              

Allow the jello to firm in the fridge for a couple of hours after all colors are added.

After making 24 cups, I uses to remainder of jello to make some Rainbow Jello Cubes !!!!

Twirly Whirly Colorful Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 Box of White Cake Mix

Water, Vegetable Oil and Eggs needed for cake mix

Assorted Food Coloring

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

Reynolds Baking Cups, Pastel Colors, 36-Count (Pack of 24)

Place baking cups into Muffin Tin.

Baker's Secret Basics Nonstick 12-Cup Muffin Pan

Prepare Cake mix as instructed on the Box.

Divide Mixture evenly among 5 bowls. (or as much matching the different colors that you want to use).

Add a different food coloring to each bowl.

Place 1 Teaspoon full of the different colors alternately into each cupcake cup until it is about half full.

Do Not Stir  !.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.

Allow it to cool.
