Chocolate White Chip Cookies

These are so Delicious, with the chocolate flavored cookie filled with mouth warming white chocolate chips in every bite !!!

Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour

1/3 cup Baking Cocoa

1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

Pinch of Salt

1 Stick of Butter, Softened

1/3 Dark Brown Sugar

1/3 Granulated Sugar

1 Egg

1 Cup of Classic White Chocolate Baking Chips

(Makes Approx. 12-18)

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Combine Flour, Cocoa, Baking Soda and Salt in a Bowl.

Mix Butter, Granulated Sugar, Brown Sugar and Vanilla Extract in a Large Mixing Bowl.

Add Egg. Then Mix Well. 

Add Flour Mixture.   Mix Well

Add Classic White Chocolate Baking Chips .

Stir them in.

Roll Dough into small balls and place on a Baking Sheet .

Bake for 10-12 Minutes.

White Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are so simple, easy and quick to make!! Taking the first bite feels like I left this place and stepped in heavveenn!! yuummyy!!

Ingredients:

1 cup white Chocolate Chips

1 Stick Unsalted Butter, Softened 

3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Egg

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1 1/2 Cup Flour

1/4 Tsp Baking Soda

Pinch of Salt

(Makes ~24 cookies)

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.

Mix Butter and Sugars with an electric mixer until Fluffy.

Cuisinart HM-70 Power Advantage 7-Speed Hand Mixer, Stainless and White

Add Vanilla and egg, to mixture and mix well.

Add Flour, Baking Soda and Salt.

Stir in White Chocolate Chips.

 Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet or roll into 1 inch Balls.

Place in Oven for 10-12 Minutes.

                                   

Fun Idea: Spread Melted Chocolate between two cookies for a Cookie Sandwich!!
