Mini Cheesecake Bites

                             

Ingredients:

Oreo Cookies

1 (8oz) Package Cream Cheese

1/3 cup of Sugar

1 Egg

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Place Baking Cups into Mini Cupcake Tin.

Beat Cream Cheese, Sugar, Egg and Vanilla in a Mixing Bowl.

Place Oreos in a bag and use a rolling pin to crumble.

Add a few teaspoons of butter to the crushed Oreo and place in the microwave for a few seconds, then mix to help bind the oreo.

Place 1 or 2 teaspoons of cookie crumbs in each cup. 

Beat Cream Cheese, Sugar, Egg and Vanilla in a Mixing Bowl.

Sprinkle some cookie crumbs on top of the mixture.

Place in Oven for 15 Minutes.

Allow to Cool.
