Red, White & Blue Cake Pops !!!!

Bake Cake as Directed on Box.

After cake is baked and completely cooled, cut in pieces and place in a Large Mixing Bowl .

Crumble Cake in the Large Mixing Bowl

Add about 6 Ounces of frosting

Roll mixture into small balls and lay on cookie sheet and place in the freezer for a couple of hours

Melt Chocolate Melts.

Dip the tip of lollipop stick into melted chocolate so that it will stay better in the pop

Push the covered end of the lollipop stick into the cake ball

Dip each pop into the chocolate, covering completely

Decorate!!!

Red, White and Blue Jello Cubes!!!

Ingredients:

2 pkg. 3oz Jell-o (Cheery/Strawberry, Blueberry) 

Knox Unflavored Gelatin

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk .

Directions:

Mix 1 package of jello with 1/2 pkg of unflavored gelatin. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir to dissolve. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then pour into a 9 x 13 glass pan. Refrigerate for approx. 15 minutes.

Mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup boiling water. In a separate bowl,  pour 2 pkg unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water. Add 1/2 cup boiling water to dissolve gelatin. Add to milk mixture and stir. Cool to room temperature, then pour 1 cup of milk mixture over first layer of jello. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Repeat above steps for additional jello flavors, then allow jello to set.
